Shanghai Industrial Environment (00807.HK) announced that Cai Huijing will no longer serve as the company's Deputy General Manager as of today (31st) due to his desire to pursue other career developments.

Mr. Tang, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will assume the responsibilities of CAI, including but not limited to Group Administration, Investor Relations and International Investment matters, as well as assisting the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
