Yue Xiu Jin Kong (000987.SZ) announced on August 25th that the company's 8th board of directors' 51st meeting and 8th supervisory board's 27th meeting, held on August 25, 2020, respectively approved the "Proposal on the signing of the Information Technology Framework Agreement and related party transaction by Yue Xiu Jin Kong's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yue Xiu Jin Ke, and Chuang Xing Bank."

Based on the need for normal business operation, Yue Xiu Jin Ke's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Yue Xiu Financial Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yue Xiu Jin Ke"), plans to sign the "Information Technology Framework Agreement" with the company's related party, Chuang Xing Bank Co., Ltd. ("Chuang Xing Bank"), and provide information technology services to Chuang Xing Bank and its subsidiaries ("Chuang Xing Bank Group"). This matter is considered a related party transaction and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting within the authority of the company's board of directors.

Based on the need for normal business operation, Yue Xiu Jin Ke plans to sign the "Information Technology Framework Agreement" with Chuang Xing Bank and provide information technology services to Chuang Xing Bank Group, including technical services, system development and operation maintenance, hardware and software procurement, project management, and related research work on financial technology. The agreement stipulates that the service period will be from September 1, 2020, to August 31, 2023, and the total amount of service fees expected to be charged will not exceed 0.15 billion Hong Kong dollars.
