Glonghui August 6th 丨Greentown Management Holdings (09979.HK)announcements,In July 2020, the Group's contract construction project (“contract construction project” for short) obtained a contract sales area of about 460,000 square meters, including about 340,000 square meters of contract sales area obtained through self-operation and cooperation with partners, and 120,000 square meters of contract sales area obtained by joint ventures and other companies. The contract sales amount was about RMB 6.3 billion, of which the contract sales amount obtained through self-operation and cooperation with business partners was about RMB 4.9 billion, and joint ventures and other companies obtained contract sales of about RMB 1.4 billion.

In addition, in the seven months ending July 31, 2020, the Group's contract construction projects obtained a total contract sales area of about 2.12 million square meters, of which about 1.45 million square meters of contracted sales area obtained through self-operation and cooperation with partners, and 670,000 square meters of contracted sales area obtained by joint ventures and other companies. The contract sales amount was approximately RMB 31.4 billion, of which contract sales amount obtained through self-operation and cooperation with partners was about RMB 23.6 billion, and contract sales amount obtained by joint ventures and other companies was about RMB 7.8 billion.
