Glonghui August 5th 丨Alibaba Pictures (01060.HK) announced that in relation to the proposed delisting of shares from the main board of the SGX, the company has sought and received confirmation from the SGX that it has no objection to the proposed delisting, subject to certain conditions set out in the announcement.

The company does not need to hold a shareholders' meeting to obtain shareholders' approval to propose delisting, and no other delisting method will be provided to shareholders. The SGX's confirmation that it has no objection to the proposed delisting is not an indication of the proposed delisting or the value of the company and/or its subsidiaries.

The announcement stated that the proposed delisting would remove the shares from the official list of the main board of the SGX. Once the proposed delisting is completed, the shares will only be traded on the Stock Exchange.CDP depositors' voting rights and dividend distribution rights will not be affected by the proposed delisting.

CDP depositors can continue to trade their shares on the SGX until the last trading day (tentatively scheduled for November 11, 2020). The tentative delisting date is December 4, 2020.
