The Macao Government Tourism Office announced that during the nine-day Lunar New Year holiday in Mainland China (from the 15th to the 23rd), Macao recorded a total of 1.554 million visitor arrivals, with an average daily increase of 5.5% year-on-year, reaching 172,000 visitors per day. Notably, on the third day of the Lunar New Year (the 19th), the number of inbound travelers reached a record high of 227,000 in a single day.

According to the Public Security Police, during the nine-day holiday period in Macao, a total of 5.967 million border crossings were recorded, averaging 663,000 per day, reflecting a 7.9% year-on-year increase compared to last year's Lunar New Year holiday. The border checkpoints at the Outer Port, Qingmao, Hengqin, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge accounted for 90% of the total volume.
