The Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 4, Can.US (CAN.US) announced that two directors and three independent directors of its board of directors will no longer serve as directors of the company after their terms of office have expired. At the same time, the company has appointed four independent directors to enhance its corporate governance.

Two of the directors, Mr. Jianping Kong and Mr. Qifeng Sun, will not seek appointment or run for board members after their terms expire in July. The three independent directors, Mr. Hong Zhang, Mr. Xiaohu Yang, and Ms. Mei Luo, will not seek appointment or participate in the election of the company's board of directors after their terms of independent directors expire on August 1.

Meanwhile, Jianan Technology appointed four new independent directors of the company: Mr. Hongchao Du, Mr. Zhitang Shu, Mr. Wenjun Zhang, and Ms. Yaping Zhang.
