According to reports, on July 30, 2020, China Construction International completed the public offering of corporate bonds of RMB 2 billion in principal to professional investors in China (first phase). The corporate bond has a term of 3 years and a coupon interest rate of 3.48%. The funds raised by issuing corporate bonds will be used by China Construction International and its subsidiaries to repay corporate debts and general working capital.

Also, according to previous reports from Opinion Real Estate News, on July 7, the China Securities Regulatory Commission agreed to China Construction International to disclose to professional investors and issue corporate bonds with a total principal amount of no more than 10 billion yuan in installments.
