As of the date of this announcement, according to the directors’ full knowledge, information, and belief, this matter is not related to the business or operations of the group. In view of this, the board of directors believes that this matter will not have a material adverse effect on the group, and the business and operations of the group remain normal. During this period, Hua Yuneng, chairman of the board of directors of the company, will temporarily oversee the daily business operations and management of the group.
