Previously, Joyful Holdings announced that its subsidiary, Joyful Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., entered into a non-legally binding Memorandum of Understanding with Ziyuanyuan Holdings Group Limited (08223) on December 11, 2025, regarding a potential strategic cooperation plan between the two groups. This MoU represents the preliminary consensus of both parties, and any potential collaboration will only be finalized upon the signing of a formal cooperation agreement.
