Gelonghui, July 17 | Zhongyuan Xiehe (600645.SH) announced that the company's shareholders, Pang Shiyao, Jiang Wei, Zhang Xiaomei, Han Yue'e, Wang Yong, Qu Wancheng, Cao Haifeng, Fan Kun, Sun Ying, and Gao Lei, transferred 90% of their total shares in Yinhong Chunhui to Tibet Tianjun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tibet Tianjun”).

After this change in equity, the company's actual controller, Li Defu, and its co-operating personnel will reduce the total share ratio of the company's shares from 19.37% to 18.14%, and the total share ratio of the company's shares held by Shenzhen Kadao Successful Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Kadao Success”) and its co-actor Yin Hong Chunhui will increase from 9.60% to 10.83%.

Prior to this equity change, Yinhong Chunhui formed a consistent relationship with Deyuan Investment, the controlling shareholder of the company, and Li Defu, the actual controller of the company. After this shareholding change, Yinhong Chunhui no longer formed a concerted relationship with Deyuan Investment and Li Defu. Yinhong Chunhui and Shenzhen Kadao Successful Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Kadao Success”) are also enterprises controlled by Chen Chunmei.
