According to recent news, NIO's new pure electric coupe SUV EC6 will be launched at the Chengdu Auto Show from July 24 to August 2, and is scheduled to be put into use in September this year.

For the NIO EC6 model, NIO plans to launch two versions, a sports version and a performance version. The performance version also adds a rear asynchronous induction motor to the sports version of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, using dual motors to meet higher performance requirements. At the same time, NIO will provide battery packs with two capacities of 70 kWh and 100 kWh for consumers to choose from. The sports version has a battery life of 425 km and 605 km respectively, while the performance version is 435 km and 615 km.
