According to reports, the platform uses the immutability, real-time synchronization, and high security features of blockchain technology to manage the entire chain of matters involving government departments and debt filing in the bankruptcy process, and provides users with searchable, verifiable, and traceable informatization solutions. The above platform was jointly promoted by the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, and was launched with technical support from the Shenzhen Municipal Taxation Bureau and Tencent Blockchain.

Currently, the first users are the Shenzhen Municipal Taxation Bureau and 65 bankruptcy administrators.
