Zheshang Securities stated that as an important partner of the two companies, Lenovo Group's cooperation covers multiple dimensions such as products and channels, positioning it as a key participant in the expansion of domestic computing power supply.

Tencent, through its investment arm (Tencent Venture Capital Co., Ltd.), became a shareholder of Moore Threads in November 2021 during the company’s early financing rounds. This investment helped increase the registered capital of Moore Threads to approximately RMB 22.6258 million. Other major shareholders include ByteDance (through its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Quantum Leap), Shenzhen Capital Group, Sequoia China, and China Mobile Fund.
