The names of the wholly-owned subsidiaries to be established: Guangxi Baoland Software Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baoland Software Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Baoland Software Technology Co., Ltd. (provisional name, subject to the name approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce); registered capital: RMB 2 million for each of the above three subsidiaries.
