The Group positions itself as an integrated property management service provider, providing comprehensive services to a wide range of property types, including mid-and high-end residential and non-residential properties (such as Grade An offices, shopping malls, hospitals and industrial parks). On March 31, 2020, the Group managed 64 projects with a total floor area of 7.19 million square meters.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to the increase in the number of property management projects managed by the Group during the year, from 50 projects for the year ended 31 March 2019 to 64 projects for the year ended 31 March 2020.
