According to Zhitong Finance, SIPERN (02583) announced that Mr. Li Qi and Mr. Lin Yong, who have served as independent non-executive directors for nearly six years, will step down from their positions as independent non-executive directors effective November 28, 2025. Mr. Li Qi will also cease to serve as the Chairman of the Board's Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, a member of the Board's Audit Committee, and a member of the Board's Strategy Committee. Mr. Lin Yong will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee or as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
On November 13, 2025, the Board resolved to nominate Mr. She Ding Shun as an independent non-executive director. Effective from the date of his appointment as an independent non-executive director, Mr. She Ding Shun will also be appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
