International Business Settlement (00147.HK) Subsidiary Procures Cloud Computing Mining Services from Sharpening Technology

Gelonghui News, November 10th丨International Business Settlement (00147.HK) announced that on November 10, 2025, its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Keen Golden, entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sharpening Technology. The agreement is valid for one year starting from November 10, 2025. Under the strategic cooperation framework agreement, Sharpening Technology will provide cloud computing power mining services, with a total service amount not exceeding US$100 million. The contracting parties shall negotiate terms for each procurement and enter into separate formal cloud computing power service agreements.

On the same day, Keen Golden entered into the first cloud computing power service agreement with Sharpening Technology. According to the cloud computing power service agreement, Keen Golden agreed to purchase, and Sharpening Technology agreed to provide, cloud mining services with a computing power of at least 1EH/s. The term of the agreement is 365 days, and the consideration amounts to US$15 million worth of Bitcoin.

The Board announced that between October 17, 2025, and November 7, 2025, the Group acquired a total of approximately 247.8694 Bitcoins on the open market at an aggregate cost of approximately US$25.7 million, equivalent to an average price of about US$103,748.3 per Bitcoin.

On November 10, 2025, under the cloud computing power service agreement, Keen Golden paid the consideration of US$15 million by transferring 146.7 Bitcoins to Sharpening Technology at a reference price.
