Gelonghui, November 5th丨Hainan Automobile Group (603069.SH) announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Ma Chao, director and general manager of the company, on November 5, 2025. Due to personal career planning, Mr. Ma Chao has applied to resign from his positions as director and general manager of the company, as well as from his role as a member of the board’s strategy committee. After his resignation, Mr. Ma Chao will no longer hold any position within the company.
Mr. Ma Chao has completed all necessary handover work, and his resignation will not affect the normal operations of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Ma Chao does not hold any shares of the company and there are no commitments that should have been fulfilled but were not.
