Gelonghui, November 5th丨Shenwan Hongyuan Hong Kong (00218.HK) announced that, in order to optimize the corporate governance structure and improve operational management efficiency, the company's Executive Directors Committee will be abolished effective from November 5, 2025. The responsibilities of the committee will subsequently be assumed by the Board of Directors and the company’s Executive Management Committee. The positions of the chairman and members of the company’s Executive Directors Committee will automatically cease upon the abolition of the committee.
