Centaline Property announced that it facilitated three transactions for Swire Properties' (01972.HK) Hoi Tak Garden within an 18-hour period, including one one-bedroom unit and two two-bedroom units, with a total transaction value reaching HK$27 million.
Ho Wai-keung, Chief Executive Director of Centaline Property’s Hong Kong Island East, North Point, Causeway Bay, and Wan Chai districts, stated that the primary residential market in Hong Kong continues to perform robustly. In October, over 1,700 primary market transactions were recorded, marking the ninth consecutive month of exceeding 1,000 transactions. The cumulative total for the year has surpassed 17,000 primary market transactions, already outpacing last year's annual volume. Additionally, housing inventory has dropped below 20,000 units, reflecting the strong momentum in the primary market.
