According to the relevant provisions of the “Company Law”, “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules” and “Articles of Association”, after being nominated by the company's director and manager Gong Guowei and reviewed by the nomination committee of the company's board of directors, the company held the 6th meeting of the 5th board of directors on June 18, 2020 to review and pass the “Proposal on Changing the Company's Financial Director”, and agreed to appoint Tang Guoling as the company's financial director.
