Original title:Sunshine 100 ChinaHighly concentrated minority shareholders hold 96.95% of the shares

On June 17, Sunshine 100 China issued an announcement of high concentration of equity.

On May 29, 2020, 16 shareholders held a total of 452421599 common shares of HK $0.01 each in the company's share capital, equivalent to about 17.72% of the issued shares. The relevant equity interest, together with 2022336906 shares (accounting for 79.23% of the issued shares) held by the three major shareholders of the company and the chairman of the board of directors of the company, is equivalent to 96.95% of the total issued shares of the company as at 29 May 2020.

As a result, only 77891972 shares, or 3.05 per cent of the issued shares, are held by other investors.

Lesheng Holdings Limited is held by a family trust and the beneficiaries include Mr. Yi Xiaodi, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, Mr. Fan Xiaochong, Executive Director and Ms. Fan Xiaohua, non-Executive Director.

In view of the high concentration of equity in a small number of shareholders, share prices may fluctuate significantly even if a small number of shares are traded.
