Glonghui June 16 丨Jielong Holdings (01425.HK)announcements,Each controlling shareholder has provided written confirmation to the company confirming that they have fully complied with the non-competition agreement for the year ended December 31, 2019, and that they did not conduct any competitive business with the Group for the year ended December 31, 2019, and were not provided with any competitive business opportunities with the Group.

The independent non-executive director has reviewed the confirmation provided by the controlling shareholder and is satisfied that the controlling shareholder has fully complied with the non-competition deed for the year ending December 31, 2019, and that the controlling shareholder did not report any competitive business for the entire year ending December 31, 2019.

The company is not aware of any other matters relating to compliance with the non-competition commitment, and there have been no changes to the terms of the non-competition deeds for the year ended 31 December 2019.
