On June 4, Ge Longhui Bank of Communications (601328.SH) announced that today the company received the “China Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission's Approval on Li Longcheng's Eligibility for the Bank of Communications” (Banking Insurance Review (2020) No. 331), and the China Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Li Longcheng's qualification as a non-executive director of the company, effective from June 2, 2020.

According to the resolution of the 2020 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, Wang Taiyin has ceased to serve as a non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Board's Personnel Remuneration Committee since Li Longcheng's qualifications as a non-executive director were approved by the China Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission.
