Gelonghui, October 13th ─ HMVOD Video (08103.HK) announced that on October 13, 2025, the company and Hunan Mango Excellent Media Co., Ltd. (“Mango Excellent”) (collectively referred to as the “Contracting Parties”) entered into a non-legally binding letter of intent regarding the potential cooperation for the authorization and co-development of a program tentatively titled "Amazing Boy." Mango Excellent owns the copyright and/or authorization rights to the program. The program is a Sino-Thai collaborative male duo reality show, expected to air 10 episodes.
According to the letter of intent, Mango Excellent intends to grant the company the information network transmission rights for the program, allowing the company to distribute the program within the authorized regions, namely the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“China”), and Taiwan, at an authorization fee of RMB 2 million (subject to further negotiation and finalization). The contracting parties agree to negotiate the specific terms of the authorization within 14 days after signing the letter of intent or at a later date mutually agreed upon by the contracting parties, and to enter into a final authorization agreement.
According to the letter of intent, the contracting parties also agreed to collaborate on developing subsequent content for the program after the signing of the final agreement, which may include two short dramas and one feature-length drama.
