Gelonghui, October 13th ┃ HMVOD Video (08103.HK) announces that the Board hereby declares that the Company has duly complied with the court order on October 13, 2025, by paying HKD 9,456,336 to the court, with the funding arranged through a shareholder loan provided to the Company. The filing of the petition or the issuance of the order does not signify that the petitioner has successfully wound up the Company. As of the date of this announcement, the High Court has not issued a winding-up order against the Company. The Company is currently awaiting the outcome of its appeal, and the hearing of the petition will be adjourned to the first Monday following the decision on the Company’s appeal.
