Zhitong Finance APP reported that HMVOD Video (08103) announced on October 13, 2025, that the company had entered into a non-legally binding letter of intent with Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd. (Happy Sunshine) regarding the potential cooperation for the authorization and co-development of a program provisionally titled “Amazing Boy.” Happy Sunshine holds the copyright and/or licensing rights to the program. The program is a Sino-Thai collaborative male duo reality show, expected to air in 10 episodes.
According to the letter of intent, Happy Sunshine intends to grant the company the right to distribute the program via information networks, allowing the company to distribute the program in the authorized regions, namely the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and Taiwan, China, for a licensing fee of RMB 2 million (subject to further negotiation and confirmation). The parties agree to negotiate the specific terms of the license within 14 days after signing the letter of intent or a later date as may be agreed upon by the parties, and to enter into a final licensing agreement.
