This round primarily impacts Microsoft’s Azure cloud business team, but differs slightly from the maximum compensation package of N+7 offered during the layoffs in July—“Currently, only N+4 is available, without additional signing fees, and discussions with HR are still ongoing.” According to some employees, there was previously an option to relocate to Australia, with rejection resulting in layoffs.
