Gelonghui June 2nd 丨Jinya Technology (300028.SZ) announced that on May 14, 2020, the company received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's “Decision on Termination of the Listing of Jinya Technology Co., Ltd.” [Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2020] No. 404], and on May 14, 2020, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the company's stock listing.

The company submitted the review application materials to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 2, 2020. According to the provisions of section 14.1 and section 14.2 of the “GEM Stock Listing Rules (November 2018 Revision)” of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will decide whether to accept it within five trading days after receiving the review application submitted by the company.

If the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's appeal review committee decides to uphold the termination of listing after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange makes an acceptance decision, the company's stock trading will enter the delisting period starting on the next trading day after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Appeal Review Committee decides to uphold the termination of listing. On the next trading day after the delisting period expires, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange delisted the company's shares.
