DJ NOW Inc. Names New CEO

NOW Inc. on Monday said its board named Chief Financial Officer David Cherechinsky as its new chief executive, effective immediately.

Mr. Cherechinsky succeeds Dick Alario, a current board member who took the role of interim-CEO during a leadership transition in November 2019, NOW said.

Mr. Cherechinsky will be succeeded as CFO by Mark Johnson, who has been the company's Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President, Corporate Controller since 2018.

Mr. Alario will continue advising the company as Executive Vice Chairman and will work with Mr. Cherechinsky during a transition period, the company said.

NOW Inc. supplies energy and industrial products and engineered equipment solutions, it said.
