Zhitong Finance APP reported that International Business Settlement (00147) announced that all the precedent conditions stipulated in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription has been completed on September 30, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.
A total of 2.782 billion new shares have been allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.18 per share. The 2.782 billion subscribed shares represent approximately 13.69% of the company's total issued share capital immediately prior to the completion and approximately 12.04% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital following the allotment and issuance of the subscribed shares.
