Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong (00215.HK) announced that Koo Sing-fai has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and CEO, as well as a member of the Sustainability Committee, effective October 1, in order to devote more time to other affairs and development opportunities. Ho Wai-wing has been appointed as Executive Director and CEO, as well as a member of the Sustainability Committee, with the same effective date.
In addition, Koo Sing-fai has agreed to serve as a consultant to the company starting from the same date.
