According to the recommendations of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided that after Guofu Haohua retires, it is recommended that Kaiyuan Shun Tak Certified Public Accountants Limited be appointed as the company's new auditor, with effect from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to hold the position of auditor until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to the adoption of an ordinary shareholders' resolution at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
