According to the Zhitong Finance App, Star Real Estate (01560) announced its full-year results for the year ended December 31, 2017. The group's revenue during the period was HK$732 million, an increase of 17 times over the previous year. Gross profit was HK$213 million, an increase of 689 times over the previous year. Profit during the year was HK$95.814 million, an increase of 3.4 times over the previous year. The basic profit per share is HK18.9 cents, and a final dividend of HK5.6 cents per share is proposed.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue and profit during the year was mainly due to the revenue confirmed by the buyer during the year from the completion and delivery of the “Star Center” property development project, and non-recurring expenses of about HK$16.9 million relating to the listing of the company's shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange for the year ending December 31, 2016.
