Gelonghui May 7th 丨Fuyuan International Group (00542.HK) issued an announcement. The board of directors was informed by Co-Chairman of the Board Yang Lijun and Yu Shunhui that on May 7, 2020, Yang Lijun acquired all of the issued share capital of Xing Cheng Investment Co., Ltd. from Yu Shunhui, and Xing Cheng Investment Co., Ltd. ultimately held 49% of Forwell International Holdings Limited's interest in the company's issued shares, while Forwell International Holdings Co., Ltd. held 42.55% of the company's issued shares.

As of June 1, 2020, Yu Shunhui will step down as co-chairman of the board of directors and member of the company's executive committee and be transferred to a non-executive director.

Yang Lijun will be the sole chairman of the board of directors, effective from June 1, 2020.
