Company customers use AEON JUSCO MasterCard (now known as AEON MasterCard Inc Card), AEON JUSCO Visa Inc Card (now known as Visa Inc Credit Card), AEON JUSCO JCB Card (now known as AEON JCB Credit Card), AEON JUSCO UnionPay Credit Card (now known as AEON UnionPay Credit Card) and any other associated credit cards that the parties may agree from time to time to purchase credit from the company's stores.

A credit card installment plan obtained by a company customer for the purchase of goods and ╱ or services at a company store; other payment options obtained or to be obtained from time to time by a company customer for purchase, including the use of any kind of credit, debit, prepayment and ╱ or stored value card or other medium or financing owned and operated by AEON credit And other related services provided to the Company or its customers arising from or incidental to the transactions mentioned above or arising from credit cards or other media or financing from time to time.

In addition, as at the date of the announcement, AEON Credit is a related person of the company as it is a subsidiary of AEON, the company's controlling shareholder.
