NVIDIA seeks to expand its Business beyond large Technology companies.

Gelonghui Finance ·  May 18 13:03

On May 18, GLONGHUI reported that NVIDIA is seeking to reduce its dependence on large Technology companies by forming new partnerships to sell its AI chips to nation-states, Conglomerates, and challengers to groups like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. This week, the American chip giant announced a multi-billion dollar chip agreement with Humain in Saudi Arabia, while the UAE announced plans to coordinate with the US government to build one of the largest Datacenters in the world. These "sovereign AI" deals are a crucial part of NVIDIA's Global Strategy to attract clients outside of Silicon Valley. NVIDIA executives, industry insiders, and Analysts stated that this $3.2 trillion Market Cap chip manufacturer intends to expand its Business beyond super-scale enterprises. NVIDIA indicated that large Cloud Computing groups account for more than half of its Datacenter revenue. The American company is working to support potential competitors to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. This includes enabling new forces in Cloud Computing (neoclouds) like CoreWeave, Nebius, Crusoe, and Lambda to become part of its growing "NVIDIA Cloud Partner" network.
