To ensure the orderly development of the company's financial management and compliance work, based on the nomination by the company's General Manager, and approved by the fourth Board of Directors' Nomination Committee and Audit Committee, the company will hold the eighteenth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors on April 30, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and General Counsel, agreeing to appoint Mr. Xiao Tongxian as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and General Counsel of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this Board of Directors until the end of the term of the fourth Board of Directors.
