Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 (COVID-19), restructuring work has been delayed. The company and various professional advisors will continue to work hard to advance the restructuring process and try to reach an agreement on the restructuring as soon as possible. The company recently appointed an international law firm with extensive experience in restructuring to handle petitions submitted by immigrant bond holders and assist in formulating and implementing restructuring plans.
