As of the lunch closing, 1,124 stocks in Hong Kong rose, 608 fell, and 1,398 closed flat.
In terms of sectors, Network Technology stocks rose, with NTES-S up 3.90%, KUAISHOU-W up 3.39%, Alibaba-W up 3.13%, TENCENT up 2.99%, Bilibili-W up 2.67%, XIAOMI-W up 1.94%, MEITUAN-W up 0.89%, and JD-SW up 0.65%.
Semiconductor stocks all rose, with INSPUR up 5.85%, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation up 3.41%, CE HUADA TECH up 2.92%, HUA HONG SEMI up 2.57%, HG SEMI up 1.92%, SHANGHAI FUDAN up 1.18%, and BEKE MICRO up 0.10%.
Tea beverage stocks collectively surged, with MIXUE GROUP up over 7%; Guming up over 9%, and Chabaidao up nearly 2%.
