ETF afternoon review | Cross-border ETFs lead the gains, DEGUO30 and Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF rise over 2%.

Gelonghui, April 15 | The three major A-share indices adjusted collectively today. As of the midday break, the Shanghai Composite Index decreased by 0.07%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell by 0.43%, and the Chinext Price Index dropped by 0.29%, while the Beizheng 50 Index rose by 0.45%. The total transaction volume in the All Market for the half day was 708.6 billion yuan, a decrease of 153.6 billion yuan compared to the previous day. Over 3,600 stocks in the All Market saw declines. In terms of sectors, Beauty care, Food, Dairy industry, and Battery sectors led the gains; Transgenic and Consumer Electronics sectors saw the largest declines. In terms of ETFs, cross-border ETFs performed well, with Huabao Fund's DEGUO30, Huitianfu Fund's NASDAQ Biotechnology ETF, and Jiasheng Fund's S&P Biotechnology ETF rising by 2.66%, 2.19%, and 1.84%, respectively. The Banks sector showed widespread gains, with the Bank ETF from Southern, Penghua Fund's Bank FUND, and E Fund's Bank ETF all rising by more than 1%. The Consumer sector was active, with Huatai-PB Fund's Brand Consumption ETF, Hang Seng Consumer ETF from Huatai-PB, and GF Fund's Hang Seng Consumer ETF up by 1.25%, 1.25%, and 1.15%, respectively. The Military Industry sector declined, with the Penghua CSI Defense ETF, GF CSI Military Industry ETF, and E Fund's GF CSI Military Industry ETF dropping by 2.57%, 2.29%, and 2.24%, respectively. The Consumer Electronics sector saw declines, with the Consumer Electronics ETF falling by 2.13%. The Xinchuang sector weakened, with the Xinchuang ETF and Xinchuang 50 ETF both dropping by 2%.
