宏川智慧：与港务发展等共设合资公司已完成工商登记

中国财富通3月24日 - 宏川智慧（002930）公告称，基于公司第二主业化工仓库规模化发展战略需要，公司与惠州大亚湾区石化投资集团有限公司、惠州港务发展有限公司共同出资设立惠州宏智化工物流有限公司，注册资本金为6,000.00万元。其中，公司以自有资金认缴出资比例为51%，出资额为3,060.00万元，惠州宏智为公司控股子公司，相关工商登记手续已于近日办理完毕，并取得了由惠州大亚湾经济技术开发区管理委员会市场监督管理局签发的《营业执照》。
