The cumulative deviation of the closing price over three consecutive trading days (from March 17 to March 19) reached 30%, which, according to Exchange regulations, constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading.

In recent news, Dalian Haosen Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chuangyao Technology, and the two sides will jointly promote the development of embodied intelligent industrial communication technology, establish standards for embodied intelligent industrial communications, and lead the development of the embodied intelligence and humanoid robot industries together.

Chuangyao Technology stated in its announcement that the company has noticed the high market attention regarding its cooperation with Dalian Haosen Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the field of industrial robotics. The related cooperation currently has no impact on performance, and there are significant uncertainties regarding product development pace and sales scale in the future.

Chuangyao Technology subsequently listed important risk warnings in its announcement. As of March 19, the company's closing price was 54.96 yuan per share, and the latest PE was 101.92 times, while the average rolling PE in its industry over the last month was 70.25 times. The company's PE is higher than the industry PE level.

The official website shows that Chuangyao Technology focuses on the research, design, and sales of core communication chips, as well as providing application solutions and technical support services. It is one of the few domestic integrated circuit design enterprises with large-scale capabilities in both core physical layer communication algorithms and full-process design of large SoC chips. The company is a supplier of core communication chips for broadband access networks and electrical utilities carrier communication chips, and is gradually expanding into the new generation of short-range wireless and industrial interconnect fields.

It is understood that the cooperation between Chuangyao Technology and Dalian Haosen Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. covers advanced communication chips, communication technology, and the research and application of software algorithms; to construct a high-bandwidth, low-latency, and highly reliable industrial communication network environment, promoting the use of high-performance, low-power communication chips in robots, suitable for specific industrial application scenarios, and developing efficient and intelligent industrial communication software algorithms.

In terms of performance, Chuangyao Technology's 2024 performance report shows a decline in revenue, with the company's 2024 annual revenue at 0.593 billion yuan, down 10.33% year-on-year; net income attributable to the parent company is 60.236 million yuan, an increase of 3.07% year-on-year; and the net income excluding non-recurring gains and losses is 47.3228 million yuan, an increase of 9.56% year-on-year.

According to the 2024 semi-annual report, as a company focused on the research and sales of core Communications chips, Chuangyao Technology's communication chips and solutions account for about 80.60% of its main business. Its main products include access network communication chips, power line carrier communication chips, and short-range wireless communication chips.

According to the reporter from the Star Daily, Chuangyao Technology's short-range wireless communication chips include the NearLink chip. It is understood that the NearLink chip is developed based on the NearLink technology standard published by the International NearLink Wireless Short-Range Communication Alliance. Compared with traditional wireless short-range communication technologies like Bluetooth and WiFi, the NearLink chip has advantages such as low latency, high speed, anti-interference, high reliability, high concurrency, and precise positioning. It is suitable for consumer products such as wireless mice, keyboards, and wearable devices, and will later expand into automotive, industrial control, and humanoid robotics.

Chuangyao Technology stated that the NearLink chip, as a new generation of short-range wireless communication chip, features low power consumption, high speed, low latency, and anti-interference, with extensive application potential in scenarios such as Smart Automobiles, Smart Homes, smart terminals, and Intelligent Manufacturing.

It is worth noting that Chuangyao Technology is one of the first communication chip and design manufacturers to join the NearLink Alliance, and has currently completed the research and tape-out of two NearLink chips, SLE and SLB. These chips cover Consumer Electronics and industrial scenarios, with its TR5510 chip supporting basic NearLink access (SLB) and exceeding traditional Bluetooth/Wi-Fi in anti-interference, high concurrency (handling 80 users within 1ms), and precise positioning. Currently, its NearLink chips have been applied in wireless mice, keyboards, and other terminals.

In addition, Chuangyao Technology also disclosed relevant progress regarding its NearLink chip during institutional research at the end of 2024: "Chuangyao Technology's NearLink chip has won the bidding for the Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network Corporation project, and some set-top box products equipped with the company's NearLink chip have been delivered. The subsequent bidding for set-top box products under the new standard by broadcasting will also be launched sequentially, and the company is expected to benefit.
