According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Tianfu Cultural Tourism (000558.SZ) announced that the company, together with Peking Chunguanghao Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chunguanghao Media"), Shanghai Linlin Jiangzi Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Linlin Media"), and Chengdu China Youth Travel Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu China Cyts Tours Holding"), has jointly invested to establish Chengdu Pai in SiChuan Film and Tourism Cultural Development Co., Ltd. (tentative name, symbol company), innovatively creating the "Pai in SiChuan" film production service system. After the trade is completed, the company will hold 40% of the equity of the symbol company. According to the "Investor Agreement" and the "Consistent Action Agreement", the symbol company will be included in the company's consolidated scope.

The announcement stated that the company will delve into film production services by establishing the symbol company, focusing on leading film projects in the market, further improving the specialized support system for film production, as well as providing services such as food, accommodation, and transportation for film crews. By fully integrating into the film production process, the goal is to build a first-class one-stop film shooting service system in the western region. At the same time, under the guidance and support of policies, the symbol company will deeply explore innovative development paths for the integration of film and tourism by establishing a quality resource database and providing comprehensive production services, actively integrating cultural tourism operation experience, tourism scene resources, and a service business network covering the whole of SiChuan, creating and developing new tourism products and routes, locking in high-quality cultural tourism resources and scenes, and expanding the operations of film shooting bases, film study programs, film training, and IP incubation, continuously expanding the development space for film business and promoting the integrated development of film and tourism businesses.
