I. Resident Income Situation
In 2024, the national per capita disposable income is 41,314 yuan, a nominal increase of 5.3% compared to the previous year. After accounting for price factors, the real growth is 5.1%. In terms of urban and rural areas, the per capita disposable income of urban residents is 54,188 yuan, an increase (unless otherwise specified, all year-on-year growth rates are nominal) of 4.6%, with a real growth of 4.4% after excluding price factors; the per capita disposable income of rural residents is 23,119 yuan, an increase of 6.6%, with a real growth of 6.3% after excluding price factors.
By income source, in 2024, the national per capita wage income is 23,327 yuan, an increase of 5.8%, accounting for 56.5% of the per capita disposable income; the per capita net operating income is 6,908 yuan, an increase of 5.6%, accounting for 16.7% of the per capita disposable income; the per capita net property income is 3,435 yuan, an increase of 2.2%, accounting for 8.3% of the per capita disposable income; the per capita net transfer income is 7,644 yuan, an increase of 5.3%, accounting for 18.5% of the per capita disposable income.
In 2024, the national median disposable income per capita is 34,707 yuan, an increase of 5.1%, with the median being 84.0% of the average. Among them, the median disposable income per capita for urban residents is 49,302 yuan, an increase of 4.6%, and the median is 91.0% of the average; the median disposable income per capita for rural residents is 19,605 yuan, an increase of 4.6%, and the median is 84.8% of the average.

2. Situation of resident consumer expenditure.
In 2024, the national per capita consumer spending is 28,227 yuan, a nominal increase of 5.3% from the previous year, and a real increase of 5.1% after factoring in price changes. By urban and rural division, urban residents have a per capita consumer spending of 34,557 yuan, a growth of 4.7%, with a real increase of 4.5% after excluding price factors; rural residents have a per capita consumer spending of 19,280 yuan, an increase of 6.1%, with a real increase of 5.8% after price adjustments.
In 2024, the national per capita consumer expenditure on food, tobacco, and alcohol is 8,411 yuan, increasing by 5.4%, accounting for 29.8% of total per capita consumption expenditure; per capita clothing expenditure is 1,521 yuan, increasing by 2.8%, accounting for 5.4%; per capita housing expenditure is 6,263 yuan, increasing by 2.8%, accounting for 22.2%; per capita expenditure on daily necessities and services is 1,547 yuan, increasing by 1.4%, accounting for 5.5%; per capita transportation and communication expenditure is 3,976 yuan, increasing by 8.9%, accounting for 14.1%; per capita expenditure on Education, culture, and Entertainment is 3,189 yuan, increasing by 9.8%, accounting for 11.3%; per capita Medical Care expenditure is 2,547 yuan, increasing by 3.6%, accounting for 9.0%; and per capita expenditure on Other goods and services is 773 yuan, increasing by 10.8%, accounting for 2.7%.
