The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388.HK) subsidiary, the Listing Nominating Committee, is currently seeking applications from individuals interested in serving on the Listing Committee and GEM Listing Committee. This year, the Nominating Committee is particularly interested in receiving applications from individuals who can represent investor interests. Applications must be submitted by April 10, 2025.

If appointed, the term of a Listing Committee member will last approximately 12 months starting around July 2025. Listing Committee members may be reappointed for a maximum of 6 years.
