According to Zhitong Finance APP, BOC AVIATION (02588) released its operational Trade situation for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2024, executing 77 Transactions in the fourth quarter and a total of 260 Transactions for the year, including:

• Committed to purchasing 14 aircraft in the fourth quarter and 47 aircraft for the entire year.

• Committed to purchasing 4 engines in the fourth quarter, totaling 10 owned engines by the end of the year.

• Delivered 13 aircraft in the fourth quarter and completed 38 aircraft deliveries for the year.

• Sold 8 owned aircraft in the fourth quarter and a total of 29 owned aircraft for the year.

• Signed 28 lease commitments in the fourth quarter and a total of 118 lease commitments for the year.

As of December 31, 2024, the utilization rate of owned aircraft remained above 99%, with total financing exceeding 5 billion U.S. dollars for the year.

It is reported that the asset portfolio consists of a total of 709 owned, managed, and ordered aircraft and engines; the average age of the 435 owned aircraft is 5.0 years, with an average remaining lease term of 7.9 years; the managed fleet includes 32 aircraft; the order book consists of 232 aircraft; the owned and managed fleet serves 92 airline customers across 48 countries and regions.
