On January 9, GELONGHUI reported that SHUI ON LAND (00272.HK) announced that for the year 2024, the accumulated contract property sales reached RMB 15.058 billion, which includes residential property contract sales of RMB 14.553 billion and commercial property contract sales of RMB 0.505 billion. The accumulated total construction area of contracted property sales sold is 0.1422 million square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 105,900 per square meter. Additionally, 1,113 parking spaces were sold in the fiscal year 2024.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, contract property sales reached RMB 1.572 billion, which includes residential property contract sales of RMB 1.34 billion and commercial property contract sales of RMB 0.232 billion. The total construction area of contracted property sales in the fourth quarter of 2024 was 0.0531 million square meters, and 450 parking spaces were sold. The average contract sale price of contracted property in the fourth quarter of 2024 was RMB 29,600 per square meter.

In addition to the contracted property sales reported above, as of December 31, 2024, the group recorded a total subscription sales amount of RMB 0.795 billion, which is expected to be gradually converted into formal contracted property sales in the coming months.
