Synopsys and Ansys have partnered to offer system design solutions that feature deeply integrated Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Simulation Analysis (S&A) Software.
According to Zhiyun Finance, on January 8, during the Pacific Time, Synopsys (SNPS.US) issued the following statement regarding the preliminary acceptance of its proposed alternative measures by the United Kingdom's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in the first phase:
"We are very pleased that today the CMA has preliminarily accepted our proposed alternative measures in the first phase, and the Trade does not need to enter the second phase of review. As the CMA completes its approval process, we will continue to maintain constructive and cooperative communication with them. Customers continue to express their welcome and support for the Trade. Synopsys, in collaboration with Ansys, can provide system design solutions integrating electronic design automation (EDA) and simulation analysis (S&A) Software, meeting the growing demand from customers for such solutions, thus driving innovation in various fields. We still expect the Trade to be completed in the first half of 2025."
