Loan amount: no more than ¥700,000,000 (in words: RMB Seven Hundred Million), which is no more than 70% of the maximum repurchase amount; 2. Loan term: no more than 36 months; 3. Loan purpose: specifically for the "TIGERMED" (stock code 300347) Share Buyback.
